Connect & index
We connect the SharePoint sites and Teams libraries you choose and build a private search index inside your Azure subscription. Your existing SharePoint permissions are respected — fail-closed.
Ask in any language
Your team asks questions in plain language — Latvian, Danish, English, or mixed. Answergrove finds the relevant documents even when the question and the document use different words.
Cited answer — or an honest no
Every claim in an answer links to the exact file it came from. If no verified source exists, Answergrove says so instead of guessing — as the demo above shows.

Answergrove respects your SharePoint permissions: each user only gets answers from documents they can already open. If permissions can't be verified, the document is excluded.
📊 No training on your data
Your documents are never used to train AI models. The AI is called through your own Azure subscription under Microsoft's Azure AI data-protection terms.

How is this different from Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Is this demo the real product?
This page is a simulation with fictional sample data — we will not put anyone's real SharePoint on the public internet. The real product runs inside a customer's own tenant; it is currently in a live pilot at a Nordic construction company.
What does the pilot involve?
A 30-minute pilot: we index one SharePoint site in your tenant, and you ask real questions about your own documents. No slides, no obligation. If it isn't convincing on your data, you'll know within half an hour.
Which languages does it understand?
Questions and documents can be in different languages — English, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Latvian and more. A question in one language finds documents written in another, as the demo's Danish example shows.
Where does Answergrove store data?
The index, embeddings and application run inside the customer's own Azure subscription in the EU. Documents are not used to train AI models and are not copied to a shared cloud.
